Contract for Ivy Tech Business Degrees

This contract (the “Contract”) is entered into on this _____ day of ____________, 20__, by and between Ivy Tech Community College (hereinafter referred to as “Ivy Tech”) and the student (hereinafter referred to as the “Student”).
